About SkillWise
Our History
SkillWise has been evolving since 1991, always adapting to provide quality support, working alongside adults with learning disabilities. Starting as SPAN, we grew from a sheltered workshop to providing group based support in 2001 introducing employment support services in 2008.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our approach—launching the Utopia Project to offer holistic support in 2011, In 2021, we then introduced the Anchor Project to drive long-term transformation, and most recently, integrating the ACE framework in 2024. Through every change, our focus remains the same: empowering disabled persons to live the life they want.
